My favorite event at Charleston Day is when the community comes together for an all-school assembly.  Everyone stands and says the pledge together; we hear the happenings of what’s going on in the school, and we close with the whole school singing the CDS Alma Mater.  All teachers, students and parents are invited to join.  I walk away feeling great.
