The CDS 7th grade life science is one of my favorite curriculums to teach. One of our first labs is extracting DNA from strawberries.  We learn that ALL living things have DNA, and we are able to get that DNA and observe it under the microscope. CDS middle school students are given all the tools to be successful in high school and later in life because of the hard work and dedication of the amazing staff here!
