The CDS Parents’ Council will present the
Charleston Day School Halloween Carnival
on October 31, 2019 from 12:30-2:30.
DUNK TANK, MECHANICAL BULL, KARAOKE, PHOTO
BOOTH, FACE PAINTER, GAMES AND SO MUCH MORE!
Wear your costume to school!
Costume winners will be announced in the gym from 12:00-12:30.
Complete the attached form with check payable
to CDS Parents’ Council or register on LMS by October 30th!
Wristbands are required for the event and will be distributed in homeroom before assembly.
*All students must have a signed waiver to ride the mechanical bull. Please bring all signed waivers to the front desk. You can view and print the waiver here.*
