Students Serve as Museum Docents

Charleston Day School 8th graders serve as docents at the Gibbes Museum of Art, teaching their parents what they learned about the piece they studied. For years our students have partnered with the Gibbes to become experts on a piece of art and then serve as docents, and we are thrilled to be back in the newly renovated museum. How wonderful it is to have the Gibbes in our neighborhood!
