Third Grade Reads for Philanthropy

Each year, CDS third graders participate in their annual Read-a-Thon in which friends and family sponsor the students to read over the course of a week. We are thrilled to share that this year the third grade raised a whopping $12,873.58! That means they will donate $1609.00 to each of eight charities. Below are the charities they are donating to throughout the year. The third graders have begun presenting their donations to these worthy recipients via Zoom. Well done, third grade!
